Lume Studio is operated by Alaeddine Mbarek, a British Columbia sole proprietorship. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to talk with you and do the work, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you use our intake form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, business, what you want to build, your timeline, and your budget band. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Google Calendar) collects the information needed to hold the appointment.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, prepare for our conversation, and, if we work together, deliver the project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics and hosting
Our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser) to serve pages and keep the site secure. Any analytics we use are privacy-respecting and aggregate; we do not build advertising profiles.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lumestudio.ca and we will take care of it.
