Every site and app we deliver includes a full year of Website Care at no cost, starting from delivery. After that first year it's a simple flat rate, or you can take it fully in-house, since you own all the code and owe us nothing to walk away with it.

What's actually happening behind the scenes

Framework and dependency updates.
The software your site is built on ships new versions regularly, including security patches. We keep the underlying framework and its dependencies on supported, current versions so the site doesn't drift onto outdated, vulnerable code.
Keeping integrations current with their APIs.
The payment, booking, and point-of-sale tools your site connects to update their APIs over time, and old versions get deprecated. We track those changes, update the integration when a provider revises or retires an API, and adjust before a deprecation can break something customers rely on.
Security monitoring and maintenance.
We monitor for known vulnerabilities in your stack and apply fixes as they're needed, keeping security patches current and closing gaps as they surface. No one can promise a site is invulnerable, but staying patched and watched is the difference between a managed site and a sitting target.
Hosting help and monitoring.
We keep an eye on hosting and uptime, and help sort out anything on the infrastructure side so the site stays reachable and fast.
Updates and small changes.
Copy tweaks, small content updates, and minor adjustments as your business changes, handled without you needing to touch the code.
Fixes when something breaks.
If something goes wrong, we're the ones who fix it.
